​Functional Medicine Program Pricing
Functional Medicine New Patient Visit $495
​This is a comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation with Certified Functional Medicine Provider Angelica Clark, PA-C, IFMCP. During your visit, Angelica will thoroughly review your medical history, map out a timeline of your symptoms, order appropriate diagnostic testing, and create a personalized treatment plan. You will also receive a preliminary protocol to begin addressing key issues while awaiting lab results.
Your visit includes a 30-minute nutrition consultation with our in-house nutritionist to support your healing through targeted dietary strategies.
As part of your care, you’ll receive access to our BodySite health coaching app, which delivers daily tips on diet, exercise, and lifestyle—keeping you informed and motivated. You'll also gain exclusive access to Fullscript, our professional-grade supplement dispensary, with special discounted pricing on high-quality, practitioner-approved products.

Second Functional Medicine Visit $395
Your second consultation is a comprehensive 45–60 minute visit with your provider, focused on refining your personalized journey to wellness. During this session, we assess your progress since the initial consultation and take a deep dive into your lab results, uncovering key insights that inform a more targeted and effective treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
To further support your transformation, you’ll also receive a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our nutritionist, who will explore the critical role nutrition plays in your healing. You’ll gain practical tools and expert guidance to optimize your diet and enhance your overall well-being.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow-up visits are essential to track your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and provide ongoing support.
All follow-up appointments are scheduled in 30-minute time slots, with pricing based on the actual time spent with your provider:

Most patients are seen every 6–8 weeks during the first year to ensure steady progress. Once stable, visits may be spaced out to just 1–2 times per year. Frequency may vary based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

Lab Testing and Payment

Most Functional Medicine lab panels are not covered by insurance, but we do provide a detailed receipt that you may submit for potential reimbursement.
